About
At 49, I found myself standing at a crossroads that a lot of women reach quietly, without fanfare — the moment you realize your body has been sending you signals and you've been too busy to listen.
For me, it came in small moments. Catching my breath after a single flight of stairs. Reaching for the next size up and wondering how that happened. Feeling my knees protest things they used to take in stride. Noticing that my energy, my sleep, and my moods were no longer playing by the old rules.
None of it was dramatic. All of it was real.
I'm also navigating the changes that come with this stage of life — and learning, slowly, to protect my mental and emotional peace the same way I protect everything else I care about.
So I started making changes. Small, sustainable ones. Not a complete life overhaul, not a punishment regime — just intentional steps toward feeling better in my own body and my own life.
Thrive & Well grew out of that process.
I built this store because I wanted a place where people at similar crossroads — or completely different ones — could find thoughtfully chosen tools for their journey. Products that support real bodies, real lives, and real goals. Whether you're 40, 55, or somewhere in between. Whether you're just starting to tune in to what your body needs, or you've been at this for years.
You don't have to be on the same path as me to belong here. You just have to be on a path.
I'm glad you're here.
